When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders from ICEALEN™ LLC are custom printed and fulfilled through Printify’s trusted production partners. Processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping adds an estimated 3 to 10 business days depending on location.
Most packages arrive within 5 to 14 business days after the order is placed. However, delivery times may vary due to location, order volume, courier delays, or seasonal factors.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@tiredbutthriving.com within 14 days of delivery.
Requests beyond the 14-day window cannot be honored. All refund and replacement requests must include your order number and a photo of the item showing the defect or issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
ICEALEN™ LLC is not liable for stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before placing an order.
