Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At ICEALEN™ LLC, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party production partners. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive defective or damaged, and only within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To request a return or refund for a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at support@tiredbutthriving.com with your order number and clear photographic proof. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstance.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and product customization, the following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Digital downloads, eBooks, or printable files
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care, intimate, or sanitary items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer

3. Refund Approval Process

If a claim is approved, ICEALEN™ LLC may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method, or
  • Send a one-time replacement of the same item, depending on availability

Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable.

ICEALEN™ LLC reserves the right to reject refund requests that:

  • Do not include sufficient documentation or photo evidence
  • Are initiated outside the 14-day window
  • Are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive in nature

4. Return Shipping Policy

If we approve a return for a defective item, you will be provided instructions for how and where to return it. Unless otherwise stated in writing by ICEALEN™ LLC, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of shipment. ICEALEN™ LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing
  • Delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or courier backlogs

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and reaching out to the courier directly if issues arise.
